Product Availability and Pricing
We do everything we can to ensure that all our products are always available for you. Because of the
nature of some of our products, there may be times that some of our typical offerings may be unavailable
for periods of time. These events and their length will be directly related to the availability of the
products on the wholesale market (i. e. season, crop availability for particular beans, etc.).
Since our coffee and tea products are subject to Mother Nature’s forces as well as many others,
the pricing of these products often fluctuates with the current circumstances. When feasible, we
will maintain our pricing through these fluctuations; however, we do reserve the right to alter our
pricing accordingly without prior notice.
Product prices noted on this Site do not include shipping or applicable sales tax.
All of the coffee (flavored and not flavored) prices listed on this Site are based on exactly one
pound of coffee. Differences in the type of bean, moisture content in a particular crop and darkness
of roast all impact the roasted bean weight. Due to these variables, most coffee roasting equipment,
including ours, requires slightly over a pound of green beans to be placed in the roaster to produce a
minimum of a pound of roasted coffee. Because we are a custom coffee roaster, we specialize in preparing
your coffee to your specifications, roasting it when we receive your order. As a result, the finished
product may not weigh exactly one pound. The coffee price will be adjusted according to the actual weight
of the coffee prepared for you.

Because your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, we offer only products that have been
carefully selected for their outstanding quality. We are confident that you will be delighted with your
purchase; however, if you or the recipient of your gift is not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately
and we will replace the item or offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Exchanges and Returns
While we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you would like
to return an item, please contact us via telephone (937-293-2925 or 800-878-2925) or email (anita@TheFineGrind.com)
within 10 days of receipt of your order. Through this contact, we will make all the necessary arrangements.
Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Shipping
We use a variety of shipping methods to get our products to you quickly and efficiently. Unless otherwise
requested or specified, we typically use ground shipping. We shop the various carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS)
regularly to ensure that we are getting the most economical rates possible for shipping. We do not mark up the
shipping costs and we do not use price range or weight range category shipping rates. The shipping charges
passed along to you are actual cost for that particular package.
When you receive packages from us, the box may appear to be a little unusual. We believe in doing everything
we can to help our environment, so we recycle boxes and packaging materials. This being the case, the printing
on the box you receive may be from a completely different company, but the product inside will be from The Fine
Grind.

trade secrets should not be transmitted to us through this Site. We will assume that any information, ideas, materials,
